CCB International and CCB Asia are two wholly-owned subsidiaries of China Jianxing. After China Construction Bank successfully acquired Bank of America (Asia) in early 2007 and completed the integration of its retail banking business, it formed three distinct branches in Hong Kong: CCB Hong Kong Branch, CCB (Asia) and CCB International.
