Construction Contract Terms (General Provisions) Article 1 The Contractor shall, based on this contract (including the title sheet; the same shall apply hereinafter), submit design documents (separate drawings, specifications, site instructions, and questions and answers to the site explanations; hereinafter the same shall apply).
