This day-trip hot spring is open from 6 a.m. in front of Kamishikawa Station on the Sotetsu Line. Several bathtubs use local alkaline natural hot spring water (tasteless brown water/cold mineral spring). With stars above and a river below, the name Kamishigawa lives up to its name. Spa Sen, located near Kamishigawa Station, focuses on saunas, but even though I knew in advance that saunas were popular, I was still disappointed in the hot springs.
