Studying mechanical engineering at FAU is divided into two campuses. 1/3 of the students are in Nuremberg, and the rest are in Erlangen, 20 kilometers away from Niuburg, which is also the headquarters. Aicun is mainly home to Siemens and students. It is very convenient to live in the city center, and it is only 3 kilometers to go to the technical department for classes. I recommend FAU Nuremberg University. The medical industry is one of the most important industries in the area around Nuremberg (the other two are optoelectronics and renewable energy). The school is located at the global headquarters of Siemens Healthcare. As a giant in the medical technology industry, it has a lot to do with FAU.
