Maybe it dissipates too quickly. I take the multivitamin from Kirkland and I feel uncomfortable every time even if I take it after a meal. Then I bought the domestic Centrum multi-dimensional tablets and made a comparison. It was indeed much slower than Kirkland, but Kirkland is cheaper. It costs more than 100 and 500 tablets.
