Mushrooms (Latin scientific name: agaricus campestris, pinyin: mó gū), also known as Agaricus bisporus, white mushroom, and foreign mushroom, belong to the genus Fungi, Basidiomycetes, Agaricales, Agaricaceae, and were first cultivated in France in about 1605 [1]. They are an excellent edible mushroom.
